    Yes, suit sizes for purchase are available up to chest size 72. Dress shirt sizes are available up to neck size 26. Tuxedo and suit rentals are also available up to size 76. Our sales, rental associates, and tailors are trained experts in big & tall sizes so you can rest assure your shopping experience will be fast, easy, and affordable.

  • Do you offer special pricing for wedding groups?
    Yes, special group pricing is available on our most popular wedding suit, vest, and pant styles. These styles come with a free select shirt and free select tie with a minimum purchase of 4 suits. Wedding groups can also take advantage of special group pricing of Rent 5 and get the 6th rental free. The free rental must be of equal or lesser value.
  • Do you sell clergy wear?
    Yes, we offer the largest selection of clerical wear including cassocks, shirts, stoles, cinctures, Class A vestments, tab collars, and accessories in SoCal - all at the guaranteed lowest price.
  • Can we buy online?

  • What is your return policy?
    Refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with original packaging, all tags attached, and original sales receipt. FINAL SALE on jewelry, bow (ties), belts, cuff links, fragrances, altered garments, clearance items, gift cards, and accessories. Store not responsible for items left over 30 days from receipt date including layaway and altered garments.
  • Do you have a Loyalty Program?
    Yes! It is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your in-store shopping. You'll also get rewarded with special discounts towards future purchases. You can sign up at checkout by providing your phone number.
  • How do I earn points?
    Every purchase you make is rewarded with points. To earn points, simply provide your phone number at checkout.
  • Do you guys do tuxedo and suit rentals?
    Yes, tuxedo and suit rentals are available for men and boys. Rentals are a great option to look great without paying to purchase an outfit for that lavish occasion where you know you will only be wearing that outfit once. For wedding groups, rentals are a great option if you want the entire party to wear the exact same outfit including your ring boy. They are also great if there are any big and tall gentlemen in your group.
  • What is the minimum time required to book a rental?
    Although we can produce rentals with a minimum 2 day notice, we recommend a 2 week leadtime to allow adequate time for alterations. For prom and wedding season from February thru June we recommend a 3 week leadtime to avoid stock-outs.
  • How does the rental process work?
    This link will direct you to the rental process. Step 1: Make your tuxedo rental or suit rental selections at the store at least 2 weeks in advance. This includes fit, color, style, and price. Step 2: Pick up and try on your rental 2 business days before your event. We highly recommend you try on the complete outfit in store. If you need any changes to the sleeve or pant length, our tailors will be happy to make adjustments on the spot between 11am-6pm. Step 3: Return your rental within 2 days of your event. Let a rental associate know of any issues with the steps above and we’ll be happy to address your concerns.
  • Do you recommend rentals or purchase for a quinceañera?
    Rentals are the more popular choice when compared to buying a suit since a tuxedo outfit will most likely be worn only once. We have a large selection of Quinceañera rentals for just $89.90 including the jacket, pants, shirt, tie or bowtie, and vest. Quinceañera rental customers can also take advantage of special group pricing of Rent 5 and get the 6th rental free. The free rental must be of equal or lesser value.
  • Do you offer alterations onsite?
    Yes, for the convenience of our customers we offer onsite tailoring. Each senior tailor has a minimum 15 years experience and are fully trained to be able to alter nearly all of your suit tailoring needs.
  • How long do alterations take?
    We recommend allowing 3-5 business days for this process to ensure each tailor has adequate time to complete your job. In a hurry? See our same-day alterations FAQ below.
  • Are alterations included in your prices?
    In order to guarantee the lowest possible price and to be fair to those who require minimal or no alterations we do not add the cost of alterations to our prices. Alteration costs are available a la carte to allow flexibility. Our sales associates do their best to minimize the alterations needed.
  • Do you offer same-day alterations?
    Our tailoring department offers same-day alterations for your convenience. Customers are recommended to allow up to 6 hours for same-day services. Keep in mind our tailors work day shifts from one hour after opening to 2 hours before closing.
  • Does it cost extra for same-day alterations?
    A minimal surcharge does apply in addition to the standard alterations costs. For example, plain hem alterations costs are $11 for same-day service and $9 for standard service.
  • Can I wait in store for same day alterations?
    Yes, the amount of time needed to perform your alterations will depend on the amount of work needed and how many others are waiting ahead of you. More basic alterations such as pant hems take approximately 20 minutes per pant whereas sleeve and waist alterations take 30-60 minutes per job for each garment. A sales associate will be able to provide you the approximate wait time. You are encouraged to call our Gardena store at (310) 483-7848 or Bellflower store at (562) 358-8118 ahead to check on same-day services availability.
  • How do I track my order?
    We’ll email updates as we process your order, including carrier tracking details for shipped orders. You can also check the status of an order at any time in order details.
  • What should I do if my order doesn't have a tracking number or the number is invalid?
    Sometimes tracking information doesn't update right away. Shippers may also reuse tracking numbers after a previous shipment has been delivered. When this happens, the shipper's website may show the previous shipment's status, which will make it appear as if your order was delivered prior to your order date. Revisit the shipper's website periodically for updates. Due to carrier capabilities, some orders can’t be tracked online. Refer to your ship notification for an estimated delivery date.
  • How will I know when my order ships?
    We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking details and an estimated delivery date.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders usually take 4-5 business days to be delivered depending on location.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page.
  • Why was my order partially canceled?
    If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, the out of stock item will be canceled from your order, and you will receive notification via email. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped and a partial refund will be issued for any missing items.
  • Can I exchange or return my order for a refund?
    Yes. Please return your item for a refund or an exchange within 30 business day to the following address: Suit & Tux Warehouse 333 W. Alondra Blvd., Unit A Gardena, CA 90248 Item must be returned in new with tags condition. We will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days of receiving your package.
